Q　Is the room rate including tax?
A　Price is in Japanese YEN and includes tax.

A　No, we do not have curfew. No lockout.

Q　Can luggage be left at the hotel during the stay?
A　Luggage can be left at your room before your check-out.
　　And also, we can keep your luggage at the resception before you check-in,
　　or after your check- out.

Q　Do you have rooms for shared male and female?
A　Yes we have 2 private rooms which male and female can stay in the same room.
　　(Double room/Twin room)

Q　Do you have single rooms?
A　Yes, you can stay at the Double room for yourself.

Q　Is your hostel "guesthouse" or "Ryokan"?
A　We are guesthouse,not Ryokan.

Q　What are your checking in and checking out times?
A　Check-in time is 3pm-11pm, and check-out time is by 11am.

Q　Do you provide linens?
A　Yes, it is included in your room(bed) charge.

Q　Are all rooms No-smoking?
A　Yes, Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and every space in our guesthouse.
　　This is because our guesthouse is wooden house.
　　We appreciate your cooperation.

Q　Do you have internet access?
　　Can I connect my laptop to the internet?
A　Yes,Internet service available free of charge.
　　We have modular jack and Wi-Fi for your laptop to connect to the Internet.

Q　Can I get any discount for long staying?
A　Yes, we can discount 10% of the amount for more of 7 nights stay.

Q　Once I have made my reservation request through the website or email,
　　will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
A　Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation.
　　If any email will not be sent to you for two days and more, please contact
　　us by e-mail at reservation@u-en.net

Q　Do you have rooms with toilet and shower room?
A　No, all of our rooms does NOT contain their own private toilet and shower room.
　　They are all shared.

Q　Are shower rooms available for 24hours?
A　Yes you can shower anytime you like. The shower room in our guesthouse is very unique.

Q　Are there any public bath house (Sento) near the hostel?
A　Yes there are Sento near us. You can hire the bicycle for free of charge
　　when you go to Sento.

Q　Are there any convenience stores nearby?
A　Yes there is Family Mart and Dailystore near by.

Q　Are there many restaurants and bars near by?
A　Yes there are many place to eat and drink near our guesthouse,
　　also the first floor of our building is the cafe.

Q　What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
A　Please contact us until 3days before you stay. Here are the cancellation penality:
　　3days before-:20%, 　 2days before-:30%, 　 on the day before-: 50%,
　　the accommodation day-:100% 　 No show-:100%
